Basic Qualification & Experience
- Possess Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil / Structure / Building. Fresh graduate are able to apply.
- 1-2 years relevant experience in pre and / or post contract works
- Able to work independently in handling site quantity surveying works and tendering works.
- Experience in project management an advantage
- Computer literate, with knowledge in AutoCAD
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibility
- To confers with project manager to understand the scope of a project.
- To meets with the project team, ensuring that each team member understands their responsibilities and accountabilities
- To serves as the point person for the project
- To manages all vendor relationships
- To relays information between the project manager and the client

Responsibility
- Able to plan, supervise and monitor daily routine site work
- Timely reporting – WeeklyReport, Progress Report and Pile Broken Report
- Able to liaise with Contractor and Sub-contractors
- Check all construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies
- Implement any and all relevant policies,procedures and work instruction
Basic Qualification & Experience
- Posses a Degree in Civil Engineering or it’s equivalent.Fresh graduate are able to apply.

Responsibility
- To maintain good working relationship with Consultants at site and HQ
- To schedule visits to site as necessary and troubleshoot technical problems that are delaying physical progress
- To attend site meetings with the client when deemed necessary
- To provide technical knowledge during tendered and project procurement
- Liaison between sub-contractors and the site mainly on structural works

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. Fresh graduates are able to apply

Responsibility :
- Responsible to coordinate, plan and supervise on-site functions. This includes project safety, scheduling, engineering, material control, daily activity planning.
- Supervise general workers to perform daily site work.
- Cooperating with other people on workplace safety and health matters.
- Receiving and verifying materials and tools delivered to site.
- Interfacing with client representatives, consultant representatives and other contractors, etc. or as required.
- Work together with project team on a daily basis to communicate production goals and quality specifications of work.
- Assist Project Manager in overall site activities.
Requirements :
- Minimum of a SPM, or other relevant qualification.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
